Day 109I was sure I wouldn't see anything to draw this evening but all of a sudden there was this little picture on the ground in front of me - quickly sketch the outlines and away home to shade it, sitting by the fire. That's how I do all these night ones so I actually spend only a few minutes drawing outside in the dark and cold - and it doesn't reach the coldest temperatures until the early hours of the morning anyway. 5 km

Yes, Julie, I'm really enjoying the simplicity of pencil, the fact that it works OK in the moleskine and it is good for giving night impressions.
Thanks for explaining your process. I wondered about you sitting out their in your jammies freezing while you drew. That's good training for the memory too. I like the shapes of these and the way you composed the drawing.
