Day 292Ralph and I, with Monica and Alan, drove for about 4 hours to the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. We did a number of short walks to look at views. This is the most famous - of the 'Three Sisters' at Katoomba - here floodlit, and sketched with the last of the western sun. 4 km walk

Really gives an idea of what they are like, havent seen them for sooo many years.
They are so recognizable and so famous. What a lovely time you must have had. evem managed some sketches while the visitors checked out our fantastic Australian landscapes.
