I believe you, real life contains more odd things than imagined reality. There's a story I love that Tom Stoppard tells of an acquaintance who owned some peacocks. He was halfway through shaving when he saw one of the peacocks get out onto the busy main road. So he rushed out in his dressing gown with shaving foam on one half of his face, ran down the road, caught the peacock and put it under his arm. As he walked back he wondered how the people in the cars zipping by at great speed would think of what they saw. Would they believe what their eyes told them or re-interpret it.

I love your people drawings and your explanation too. Julie's story was so funny...sometimes when I'm going to draw something and I think, "but it won't look believable" I'll remember your people drawing and Julie's story.
