Day 223
Again, I did an early ride without drawing, so took my little Moleskine with me when I took Mum out in the late afternoon. As usual, we went for a stroll along the promenade between the lake and some major national institutions - High Court, National Library, Science Museum and National Gallery. Today, we saw three wedding parties having photo sessions. Each party had 3 bridesmaids and 3 groomsmen and there were endless dolled-up cars and stretch limos. All the brides wore long, white dresses. This bride looks a little the worse for wear. The fault is entirely mine :) 17 km cycle

Wow - did she pose for you? I think the whole kaboo of white weddings is rather silly. Bodices so tight the gal practically faints. KISS - keep it simple stupid - would be a better way to do it all!
One of my kids got married secretly and the couple told us two days later - way to go. No expenses! A photographer took some nice pics in a garden, gave us a hundred tiny pics and we enlarged them at Officeworks!

Very unusual pic of a bride. Good on ya!

You get such interesting subjects into your blog Alison - I think we ought to ask Julie to go out on a Saturday afternoon to the local church!
